The preschool partnership grant is designed to incentivize cooperative public/private partnerships between school districts and child care providers to develop full-day, high-quality early childhood programs for CCAP eligible preschool children. This grant is intended to increase the number of preschool children served in full-day, high-quality early childhood environments.
